We all are born with a particular personality, which we develop along the way with different experiences throughout our lives. Some of us develop the 'walk where the world goes' personality, some the 'you were born to stand out in the crowd' personality, some the flirtatious personality, some the shy, the list goes on. No two people are alike, even if they have similar personality traits. However, what if one day you're bored of leading the life that you are leading, because of your personality? Would you be able to change it? Well, Sally does.

Bored of her monotonous life as a primary teacher and having no 'spark' in life, Sally decides to revamp herself as a femme fatale, sex goddess, the hard to resist and hard to catch girl, who doesn't wish for commitment (or does she?). She wishes to be an erotic woman with a roller coaster love life, like a character off a Jackie Collins book. And who is there to help her with? Enter our knight in shining armour (or more like a suit) - Richard, a guy who is head over heels for Sally, and for whom the relationship is a lot more serious of a matter than it is for Sally. Can it work out between the two? Well, you have to read to find out.

I will be lying if I said I didn't enjoy the book. As a chic lit, I definitely did. However, the notion of a woman being so horribly confused, undecided and a lot more other adjectives describing the same (just to emphasise the point a little more, I guess), wasn't very appealing, in a way. Yes, there can be a conflicting moment (or two) in someone's life, where they're at a crossroads of whether they wish for commitment, or they just wish to let loose. And it's completely okay to be that as well. However, it is not okay to keep the other person in the dark about your intentions or thoughts to do with the relationship. And definitely not for so long.

In a way, I guess that's how the story works out. But whether it is thoroughly enjoyable for other readers, that is for you to find out. One thing is for sure: self imposed character personality changes, especially if you're too bored with life, do not work out for the better.
